Overseeing the National School Lunch Program (NSLP) and the School Breakfast Program (SBP), the Food and Nutrition Division also works to improve the health and nutrition of Texas schoolchildren by teaming up with school districts, foodservice directors, parents and health care providers to develop and promote healthier food choices.
